Service Scope

VPN59 provides subscriptions for access through international routes and network acceleration, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The service includes subscription details in your account, access to client downloads, and available routes. Follow the instructions shown in the user panel. Obtain clients and subscription details through the panel, and do not use installation files from unknown sources.

This service provides network connectivity; it does not provide accounts, membership benefits, or content licenses for third-party websites. When accessing international websites, you must still comply with the target platform’s regional, account, and content-use rules. A VPN59 subscription does not grant access to a platform or guarantee ongoing availability.

Accounts and Subscriptions

An email address is not required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login credentials and subscription details secure, and do not disclose them or let others use them. If you discover exposed credentials, unusual connections, or unauthorized account activity, change your password and report the situation through a panel ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices connected at the same time, provided they belong to the account holder. An unlimited device allowance does not permit account sharing, subscription resale, distribution of subscription details, or providing proxy services to others. Do not affect route resources or other users’ connections through automated abuse or similar activity.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. The price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is converted into remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Before choosing, check the billing method, traffic allowance, and order details. See the pricing page for current prices. Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations where you are located and in any region relevant to your use, and determine for yourself whether using this service is lawful. Do not use the service for fraud, intrusion into others’ systems, distribution of malware, infringement of intellectual property, unlawful data acquisition, or other illegal activity.

Do not use the service to attack, scan, or disrupt networks or devices, or to violate another person’s privacy or legal rights. Network acceleration does not change your responsibility for the content you access, information you transmit, or account activity. Availability and Limitation of Liability

Connection performance depends on factors such as your local network, carrier routing, device configuration, the status of target websites, and maintenance changes. VPN59 does not promise the same performance in every region or at all times, or across all third-party applications. Nor does it guarantee the content catalogs, account risk controls, or access rules of specific websites.

Maintenance, network failures, or events beyond reasonable control may result in route changes or temporary interruptions. If an issue occurs, first consult the troubleshooting guide; if it remains unresolved, submit a ticket. To the extent permitted by law, this service is not liable for losses directly caused by user configuration errors, exposed credentials, or changes to third-party services. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

Account Suspension and Termination

If VPN59 identifies unlawful use, resale or sharing, service disruption, or other conduct that violates these terms, it may suspend related connections, restrict account functions, or terminate the service according to the level of risk. Any action should be proportionate to the conduct. Where necessary to investigate, VPN59 may ask you to provide information about the incident.

If you believe a restriction was applied in error, request a review through a user panel ticket and include the time of the incident, any error message, and the relevant actions. Remove passwords, subscription details, and other sensitive information before submitting materials. Account actions do not affect rights you are entitled to under the law, and do not replace the separate refund policy.

Changes to These Terms and Communication

VPN59 may update these terms in response to service changes or legal requirements, and will indicate the update month on this page. Significant changes to users’ principal rights and obligations will be explained through an on-site notice or a message in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce rights attached to orders already in effect where those rights are protected by law.

Read the updated terms after receiving a notice of change. If you do not accept them, you may stop using the service and submit a request through a user panel ticket. If these terms conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable law, those provisions take precedence; the remaining terms continue to apply.
