This policy explains how refund requests for VPN59 subscriptions are handled. Before paying, also review the Terms of Service and Plan Details. For information about handling account and order data, see the Privacy Policy. Refund requests are handled through support tickets in the user panel; please keep your order records.
Refund Window and Scope
You may request a full refund without giving a reason within 7 days of your first payment. The window is verified against the record of your first successful payment, and the ticket submission time determines when the request was made. Please submit your refund request within the window; you do not need to wait for connection troubleshooting to finish.
A no-questions-asked refund does not require proof of a service fault or completion of troubleshooting. A renewal, subsequent payment, or plan change does not restart the refund window for the first payment. Requests made after this window are not covered by this commitment. You may still submit a ticket to check duplicate charges or order irregularities.
Eligibility and Order Checks
You may request a refund within the window above if, after your first payment, you find the service does not meet your needs, the client setup is not what you expected, or you decide to stop using it. Traffic from normal connections and reasonable testing should not, by itself, be treated as giving up your right to a refund.
This policy does not impose a traffic deduction threshold beyond the stated terms, and partial traffic use does not automatically convert a refund into a partial refund. If an order shows excess traffic, an account is suspected of a policy violation, or payment records appear irregular, the records and specific facts must be checked; a label alone is not grounds to deny a refund. A payment that has already been refunded will not be refunded again. For an unsuccessful payment, first confirm whether a charge was actually made.
How to Request a Refund
Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, state that you are requesting a refund, and provide your username, the relevant order number, payment date and time, payment amount, and payment method. If you have multiple orders, specify which order your request concerns to avoid confusion about the refund scope.
If the order status does not match the payment record, you may attach a redacted transaction receipt, retaining only the details needed for verification. Do not submit your account password, subscription URL, access token, or complete payment records unrelated to the order. If you cannot sign in, first check your account details through the panel sign-in page. If you can sign in, continue adding information to the original ticket so the full conversation is preserved.
Refund Route and Status Checks
Refunds are based on verified payment records and are returned through the original payment method where possible. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on order verification, payment provider processing, and the receiving account. This policy does not promise a fixed arrival time. Check the status update in the ticket separately from the actual deposit record in your payment account.
If you receive a refund processing notice but the funds have not arrived, first check the transaction details with the original payment method, then ask about the return status in the original ticket. If a refund to the original method fails or the provider does not support it at that time, the reason will be explained in the ticket, and processing will continue once a feasible route is confirmed. Do not pay any unverified recipient a supposed refund processing fee.
Payment Method Differences
VPN59 supports Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. For Alipay and WeChat Pay, first check the original transaction record and the provider's refund status. If the payment, order, and refund records do not match, include the relevant transaction number to help trace the payment.
USDT transfers use a different refund process from Alipay and WeChat Pay; do not assume the original transaction can be reversed directly. For an on-chain return, the original payment transaction, network, and receiving address must be verified in the ticket. For details not specified in this policy, such as currency conversion, provider fees, or other handling terms, request a clear explanation first. Do not assume a fixed exchange rate, a fee-free return, or immediate arrival.
After a Refund Is Completed
When a refund is confirmed, check the relevant order, refund amount, and the status of the associated subscription. Service entitlements after a refund are based on the confirmation in the ticket and the panel status. A refund in progress does not mean that additional free service time has been added.
If you disagree with the verification result, explain the issue and provide supporting order records in the original ticket. Keep the discussion focused on payment facts and this policy; describe account-use disputes separately from payment checks, and do not request unrelated information instead of addressing the issue. Keep your ticket and payment records until both the funds and order status are confirmed.
